Our club meets are held on the first Tuesday of every month, and everyone is welcome — members, racers, families, and anyone curious about what we do. This is your space to share compliments, voice concerns, ask questions, and help shape the direction of NNKC. Your participation keeps our community strong, connected, and moving forward.

If you can’t attend in person, no problem at all — just email the club and we’ll send you the Zoom link so you can join remotely. No excuses… everyone can participate, whether you’re at the track, at home, or on the road.

Call to Order 1800-Quorum- 11 people present-3 board members-14 zoom

Memberships 2026:

  • Karts-78-Now 82 current memberships

  • Mini Moto-11 current minimoto memberships

New Business

  • Track Repave-Mid April is plan for track repave-will most likely cancel April race, so May will be first race-will send out drawing as soon as contract is signed-handful of people have been involved 

  • Pit Spots-new striping with numbers-removing names-there will be a map at the track numbers will associate with last names-may need to add some pit areas in spectator area. 

  • Canceled service with United Site-will be using Toms Toilets

  • Dumpster service-Waste Management possible donation-donation has been secured

Good of the Order

-Code of conduct, how are you going to enforce that? We will do our best to handle the situations as they happen then and there, if possible, rather than the aftermath with he said she said.

-Corner stations-we have one prototype that is about finished. I would like the club's opinion. It is at the track in the dirt section next to the water trailer.

-Double header for make-up race? Will use 2nd race for the double header, first race we need to get used to everything again

-Grid B, adding more bleachers there is going to make that even tighter than what it is now, how is that going to be handled? That will be addressed when we get to work on the track repave.

-If you don't know what you want to do layout wise then how can you sign a contract? Exactly, that's what we have been working on with what makes sense for many things.

-Jr1’s moving up, are you going to have a Jr1 rookie? It will depend on how the times are. We will evaluate that at the first race.

-Track layouts staying the same? Might but might not. We do not have anything set yet until the track repave has been completed.

-Swap meet will be in the first week of April. Will post on Facebook.

-Suggestion to secure the tires together to make barriers. Yes, there are some regulations, but we can absolutely look into that.

-Will the magnet stay on track? Yes
