Track Repave-lots of people showed up to help the start of the tear down. Concrete came out, spectator parking will be turned into more pit spots, some people will be moved from their current spots to the new location, all persons will be required to wear pit passes, there will be no free spectator section, 4” orange base with 2” lift-quality assurance and quality control-what is our assurance that grading and other issues are covered-we will be going over that closer to the repave, Clint is overseeing the project to ensure proper compaction and grading, noting that Q&D would conduct runoffs to address drainage concerns.provided new track layout, the chain link fence will be put back up, we pay half when the track is done and the rest is over the next 4 years, suggestion only to increase the memberships from $350 to $500 and that will include practice fees with no discount on race day fees )which may increase), everyone will pay same amount for race day, and businesses $1K and they don't have to do work hours, Kirk Hanson is doing all of our electrical and will have a schematic prepared, we have a possible 12 different race layouts, discussed plans to reach out to racing organizations about hosting events at their newly paved track, noting that groups like IKF and SCUSA typically plan their schedules in October
Dumpster service-have a free dumpster from Waste Management for the construction-pure construction dump only…NOTHING ELSE
