Our club meets are held on the first Tuesday of every month, and everyone is welcome — members, racers, families, and anyone curious about what we do. This is your space to share compliments, voice concerns, ask questions, and help shape the direction of NNKC. Your participation keeps our community strong, connected, and moving forward.

If you can’t attend in person, no problem at all — just email the club and we’ll send you the Zoom link so you can join remotely. No excuses… everyone can participate, whether you’re at the track, at home, or on the road.

● Formula X Race: they will be this weekend 6/6/26 for practice with us

● Pit Spots: if you got an email from NNKC we had to get rid of some pit spots, we have a map, we will get it put out for everyone and will work to get those spots moved first. map, Once those people have received their spots, we will open up to anyone else. Assigned/paid for pit spots are only held on race days. Practice days are first come firstserve. For this weekend, June 6, 2026, is a PRACTICE Day so pit spots are not reserved. The track is still closed on Friday June 5, 2026, no one will be allowed in on Friday June 5, 2026

● Track Repave/ Grand Opening: Track opens at 8am. Track walk 1 hour. We will be running the clock for classes. Curbing was completed today. Special thanks to Steve, Jeff, Mitch, Brent, Kirk, Brud, these people come out at a drop of a hat. There have been a handful of people who have been there and we appreciate you all.

● Corner workers, we need 8 people on the field and registration. Please contact NNKC ASAP. Must be 18 or older to be on the field. We had several people back out due to Father’s Day.

New Business Minimoto

● Minimoto Dirt Track Section: Discussed use of dirt track for this season. In hopes of prevention of purposely bring dirt onto the track, the environment is something that we can't predict, as of now the dirt track portion of the minimoto track will be closed until further evaluation. Fear that the closure may deter minimoto members from attending,to which a suggestion was made to expand the mileage limit of 75 miles to be a memberto open. Minimoto looking to removing the concrete and debris if we can get itdonated, using the currently removed fence line. Discussed working on closed dirt track section to redesign track. Discussion for future dirt track use to be brought up at a later time

● Minimoto Dirt Removal Proposal: used video provided by Minimoto and showed what is to be removed. We have a donation of pavers 11x17 (8 pallets of pavers and 2 pallets of concrete) to be used as a run in and off to protect the track. Pour a curb to protect the track and then place the pavers, this goal is to allow our bikes to dust off tires from dirt track to pavement. Will work on getting donations to remove the debris piles. The pavers and concrete was donated to the club not just minimoto.

Good of the Order

-Thanks to the board for the hard work and wish I could have been out there more but I was working on Saturdays as well as during the week.

-What is the first track layout? Not picked yet but will have it laid out for the Saturday openingpractice.

-Toilets need service. It has been done today.

-When the delivery truck for the minimoto arrived to drop off the pavers they tore up our trailer. Yes they did and it will be taken care of.

-Barriers and hay will need to be moved. Yup on Friday.

-Will the 2nd race of the season be a double header? Yes we are still looking at that for the July race.

-If we do the double header in July, please let us know and the 80 shifters will be there too.

-Will we p-pick or qual? Qual

-For the grinding in the pits, is the airport ok with it? Yes, no issues.

-Track is looking good out there, can't wait to get out there. Saturday is going to be busy.

-We need volunteers and that goes on both sides. Minimoto has helped karting but it would be nice to see karting help out minimoto. Really appreciate everything everyone has done.

-For race day please add Katie and Bobby to the help.

-This is for minimoto but can we reopen our championship registration? Yes but please remove the $1 tracking purpose because online we get hit with fees and only end up receiving .67 cents.

-Thanks for getting the track going.

-Minimoto will need to adjust their race day schedule, can we add to the next agenda. Feel free to send us the board the schedule and we can work it out.

-Thanks to the board for all the hard work.

-Race day gates, what's going to be open and closed? The middle gate will be closed at 8am and the 2 end gates will be open.
