NNKC Board proposed a yearly budget of $22,255.00 for track maintenance. We’ve already spent $7,000 and sealing the pits will be $10,000. The rest will be to fix up the transponders for $1,000 and the rest for any additional work and surprises that may come.

C. First Race Day April 18.
1. Kid Kart will not have transponders= no timing or scoring. Names will still go into MyLaps to show participation. This is our solution from all the comments we got from parent from kid kart last year. Entry fee for Kid kart will be $25.
2. Junior and Master classes staying the same. Confirmation Jr1 class runs green slide.
3. Senior: there will be a new 206 class, this will be a novice class for those that are senior weight and age but don’t want to run in senior class.
4. Superstock will now be a 16+ age class. Same 390 weight.
5. Tag: same run what you brung.
6. KA: will have a master class this year. We will see how many tags and ka come, we will try to keep them separate.
7. Shifter: only change/clarification is that its an open class. ROK 125 that is legal to race is good to run. If 80 show up, we will find a class for you to run in. Weight for 125 will be determined on race day.
8. Registration will now open at 7am; Drivers meeting at 8am; karts on track at 8:30am. We’ll adjust as we go if needed.
9. Schedule is as follows: Practice and Qualifying in the am. Lunch. Heat 1(12laps). Heat 2(12 laps) and a main(16 laps) Track 2, short track is what we will be running.
10. Points: Just awarding the main race points.
Good of the Order
· Brud brought up Sani Huts which needed replacements or mending, and suggested to move them to one location to lower costs of service.
· Incident out on track involving Jr1 and Senior during practice. Please be mindful of the practice clock, and know who is out there practicing.
· Please help maintain our facility and respect other while out practicing. No donuts to track and no donuts on dirt lot. We need to help keep what everyone has worked hard to maintain.
· West Coast Paving will be doing the patchwork once we can get them to schedule us in.
Motion to Adjourn 1935 Brud approved and Fred 2nd.
